The German High Commissioner to Nigeria, Mr. Ingo Herbert, yesterday, in Lagos, launched the summit on free university education for international students in Germany. Organisers of the event, SJJ Education, said it serves as a bridge between German universities and students in Nigeria by screening and vetting candidates for these universities.
